On a personal note:
In my spare time I enjoy yoga, meditation, circuit classes, and rollerblading. I love being outdoors and enjoying nature. I try to maintain a well-balanced diet and enjoy reading and poetry.
As I often discuss with patients in clinic, everything in our natural environment is constantly striving for balance and our body works the same way. It is vital that we maintain a lifestyle that balances out the stresses caused by our modern lifestyles. Long term stress on the body can cause disease and ill-health that lead to many of the problems that present to us here at the Be Well Clinic.
Each of us has the natural ability to change, given the correct guidance and conditions. Our beliefs and attitudes play a vital role in how we live, what we achieve and how we age. When all our systems are working in harmony optimal wellness can be achieved. By focusing on our strengths and abilities, we can discover a life without pain and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, bringing us towards greater health, personal growth and peace of mind.
